The embodiment of the proposed invention relates to Hydrocortisone prefilled syringe that enables to maintain sterility and deliver sterile drug. The present syringe is prefilled and so the syringe itself contains Hydrocortisone which does not require the said drug to be filled from vial. Therefore, the said drug is not exposed to atmosphere and hence is prevented from contamination. Hence the drug can be aseptically delivered. The present syringe being prefilled there is no risk of breakage making it easy to handle. Also, it there are no risks dilution and dosage errors. Therefore, the drug�s sterility is maintained.
