PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic diagnosis system capable of obtaining a self-fluorescent image corresponding to the magnitude of the amount of a self-fluorescent substance regardless of the magnitude of the amount of blood in physiological tissue.SOLUTION: The endoscopic diagnosis system includes a light source part for emitting illumination light containing at least green and red light or blue and green light and exciting light for emitting self-fluorescence from the self-fluorescent substance contained in the region to be observed of an examinee, an imaging part for imaging a reflected light image by receiving the reflected light of the illumination light from the region to be observed of the examinee in a case that the region to be observed of the examinee is irradiated with the illumination light from the light source and receiving the self-fluorescence emitted from the self-fluorescent substance contained in the region to be observed of the examinee in a case that the region to be observed of the examinee is irradiated with the exciting light from the light source and an image correction part having the data of an attenuation ratio lowering corresponding to the amount of blood by absorbing the exciting light and the self-fluorescence by blood, calculating the attenuation ratio corresponding to the image signal of the reflected light image from the data of the attenuation ratio corresponding to the amount of blood and using the calculated attenuation ratio to correct the image signal of the self-fluorescent image.
