1. A topical wash composition comprising: a) at least one surfactant, b) a zinc salt of gluconic acid, c) a salt or derivative of glycyrrhizic acid or glycyrrhetinic acid. The topical wash composition of claim 1, wherein: a) the surfactant is at least one anionic surfactant, b) the zinc salt of gluconic acid is zinc gluconate, c) a salt or derivative of glycyrrhizic acid or glycyrrhetinic acid is dipotassium glycyrrhizate. 3. The washing composition according to claim 2, wherein the at least one anionic surfactant is selected from sulfates, isethionates, olefinsulfonates, taurates and amino acid derivatives. The wash composition according to claim 3, wherein the at least one anionic surfactant is selected from finely divided zinc sulfate, sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium methyl lauroyl isethionate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, C-Cα-olefin sulfonates, preferably in the form of a sodium salt. The composition of claim 2, wherein the concentration of anionic surfactants is from 0.25% to 20% of the active substance (AB) relative to the total weight of the composition, preferably from 1% to 10% AB. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the zinc salt of gluconic acid, expressed as a mass fraction relative to the total weight of the composition, is from 0.1 to 1%, preferably from 0.15 to 0.3%.
