The purpose of the notification is to formulate metal and ascorbic acid complexes with a general MO(OH)z(Asc)x yH2O, in solid form, where: M is a metal forming titanium or vanadium； Asc means C6H7O6； x is the total number from 1 to 4； y is the total number from 0 to 5； from positions 0 or 1； the molar ratio M to Asc is from 1:1 to 1:4, with one or more agricultural acceptable substances selected from the excipients, carriers,other active substances. The notification shall also cover the manner in which those formulations are received and applied.
