PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece having a simple structure which improves sleep apnea syndrome, snoring or the like and achieves a good mobility of the upper and lower jaws when arranged in the oral cavity.SOLUTION: The mouthpiece comprises right and left elastic biting sections biting the interior occlusion located between the maxillary tooth row and mandibular tooth row and a connection section connecting the right and left biting sections.
