FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to surgical and prosthetic dentistry, and can be used to restore biomechanical parameters of molars with resected and amputated roots. Device for recovery of chewing efficiency of lower jaw and upper jaw molars with resected or amputated root made of titanium comprises a stump of a tooth crown portion and two or three endodonto-endosseous (transdental) implants, and having intraradical and intraosseous portions. Intraradical portion of implant follows parameters of prepared root canal with a rough surface obtained as a result of impact of sandblasting with aluminium oxide, and intraosseous portion has an uneven surface, which provides an increase in area of contact with bone tissue. Stump portion of implant is in form of a truncated cone, whose outer surface follows chewing surface of a tooth, simulated subject occlusal surface anatomy of tooth of antagonist, outer surface has a circumferential shoulder at an angle of 135 degrees.
