PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cell sheet using a cell culture solution that contains no impure component causing an obstacle to clinical application and is derived from production process.
SOLUTION: There are provided the method for producing the cell sheet comprising culturing cells having a density that is capable of forming a cell sheet without substantially proliferating in a cell culture solution containing no growth factor in an effective amount a cell sheet produced by the method and a culture solution used in the method.
