The invention relates to a connector (1) for medical use. The connector comprises a coupling (2) which is secured to a chamber (3) and provided at the center thereof with a needle (6) of which at least the terminal portion is sheathed, said needle being disposed in the cavity (5g) of a resilient gasket (5) having, in the thickness of the free end thereof, a slot (5d) or equivalent. The resilient gasket (5) is also provided with a ring (4).
