The present invention is for providing oral information to a user or a manager. Provided is an oral care device comprising: a liquid supply portion； a mouthpiece which is connected to the liquid supply portion and has a space portion for accommodating the upper teeth and/or the lower teeth when inserted into the mouth； a pump which is connected to the mouthpiece, withdraws a liquid from the liquid supply portion, introduces same to the space portion and sucks in a fluid in the space portion； a storage portion which is connected to the pump and is for storing the fluid sucked in from the space portion； and a measurement portion which is connected to the storage portion and is for measuring the state of the stored fluid. The liquid in the liquid supply portion is introduced into the space portion only by means of the suction force of the pump.
