PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion disposal method on a bed.SOLUTION: An outer box part 21 as a box 20 for excretion disposal, is provided on a position corresponding to an excretion part 13 on a lumbar part mattress 9 which is provided on an upper half body frame body, to the upper half body frame body, and in the outer box part 21, an inner box part 22 as the box 20 for excretion disposal is provided movably in a cross direction, thereby providing the box 20 for excretion disposal. After an opening part of a bag body part 31 of a waterproof sheet 30 which is provided on an upper surface of the lumbar part mattress 9 of the upper half body mattress, is closed and connected to the opening part of the inner box part 22 forming the box 20 for excretion disposal on a bed in an airtight and water tight state, excretion such as urine, feces and washing water discharged into the inner box part 22 of the box 20 for excretion disposal is sucked by vacuum means provided on the outer box part 21 of the box 20 for excretion disposal, for collecting the excretion to an excretion collection tank provided outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベットにおける排泄物の処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】上半身用枠体に対して、上半身用枠体に敷設される腰部用マットレス9の排泄部13との対応位置に排泄物処理用ボックス20としての外箱部21を設けるとともに外箱部21内に、排泄物処理用ボックス20としての内箱部22を前後方向に移動自在に内装することにより、排泄物処理用ボックス20を設けることにより構成し、ベットの排泄物処理用ボックス20を構成する内箱部22の開口部に対して、上半身用マットレスの腰部用マットレス9上面に敷設される防水シート30の袋体部31の開口部を気密かつ水密的に閉止しつつ連結した後、排泄物処理用ボックス20の内箱部22内に排泄される排尿、排便及び洗浄水等の排泄物を、排泄物処理ボックス20の外箱部21に備えるバキューム手段により吸引することにより、外部の排泄物収集タンク内に収集処理する。【選択図】図8
