A phototherapy system for delivering light-based skin therapy treatments to a treatment area comprising primary fabric layer (82)； a plurality of therapeutic lamps； a foam and reflective layer (92) comprising a plurality of openings (80)； wherein the plurality of therapeutic lamps comprises a plurality of LEDs (90)； wherein the plurality of LEDs (90) are mounted on the foam and reflective layer (92) in a manner so that the LEDs are aligned with the openings (80) and recessed relative to the opposite surface of the foam and reflective layer (92) on which the LEDs are mounted； wherein said LEDs communicate radiant energy to the treatment area through said openings (80), and wherein the foam and reflective layer (92) and the LEDs (90) are highly flexible.
