The present invention relates to binding proteins comprising antigen binding fragments that specifically bind to receptor tyrosine-protein kinase ErbB-2 (ErbB2). The binding protein can optionally be used in combination with other ErbB2 antibodies, such as trastuzumab, to treat subjects with diseases or disorders in which ErbB2 activity is detrimental, or to inhibit the growth of ErbB2-positive cells or tumors.
