PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-solid nutritious composition for gastric fistula which has low adhesion to a PEG catheter even if being extruded from a syringe or the like, and has little resistance at the time of being extruded from the PEG catheter.SOLUTION: A semi-solid nutritious composition for gastric fistula comprises a nutrient comprising protein, lipid, sugar, vitamin, mineral, and dietary fiber, and agar and tamarind seed gum. The semi-solid nutritious composition for gastric fistula contains 0.02-0.10 mass% of the agar with a jelly strength of 650-850 g/cm, and 0.05-0.5 mass% of the tamarind seed gum, having a calorie of 1.25-1.75 kcal/g.
