PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control penetration of soil into gaps among rotor plates in a walking type tilling machine having a plurality of rotor plates which are formed of rotation-symmetric plate-shaped members with a plurality of projections projecting in the outer peripheral direction and in which tilling tines are formed by folding the plurality of projections.SOLUTION: The tilling machine includes an inner tine portion 48 projecting from a surface on the side to which tilling tines 46i and 46o are bent on the inner peripheral side of the respective tilling tines 46i and 46o of the rotor plates 44Ia, 44Ib, 44Oa and 44Ob.
