The present invention provides a glaucoma aqueous humor drainage device for intraocular pressure control, which comprises: a lead-in tube having one side end connected to an anterior chamber (AC) of an eyeball and allowing an aqueous humor of the AC to flow into from one side end to the other side end through an internal hollow space； an aqueous humor drainage device body having a front side portion connected to the other side end of the lead-in tube, having a space formed therein for storing the aqueous humor flowing into through the lead-in tube and having a rear side portion where a drainage unit for draining the aqueous humor stored in the internal space to a rear side is formed； and an anti-fibrotic agent provided in the aqueous humor drainage device body and supplied to the periphery of the aqueous humor drainage device body to delay fiberization of the aqueous humor drainage device body, thereby easily controlling intraocular pressure, delaying the fiberization rather than before to improve glaucoma (neovacular glaucoma, secondary glaucoma caused by uveitis), and making it unnecessary to perform secondary surgery and additional drug injection according to the fiberization of the aqueous humor drainage device body and a blockage of the lead-in tube.본 발명은 일측단을 안구 중 전방(Anterior chamber, AC)과 연결하고, 내부의 중공을 통해 일측단에서 타측단으로 전방(AC)의 방수를 인입하는 인입튜브와, 앞쪽 부위는 상기 인입튜브의 타측단을 연결하고, 내부에 형성한 공간으로 상기 인입튜브를 통해 인입된 방수를 수용하며, 뒤쪽 부위에는 내부 공간에 수용된 방수를 배후로 유출하는 유출부를 형성한 방수유출장치 몸체 및 상기 방수유출장치 몸체에 구비하고, 상기 방수유출장치 몸체의 주변으로 공급되어 방수유출장치 몸체의 섬유화를 지연시키는 항섬유화제를 포함하여, 안압조절이 용이하고, 섬유화를 종전보다 늦추어 난치성 녹내장(신생혈관 녹내장, 포도막염에 의한 2차 녹내장)이 개선되며, 상기 방수유출장치 몸체의 섬유화 및 인입튜브 폐색에 따른 2차적인 수술 과 추가 약물 투입을 실시할 필요 없는 안압 조절용 녹내장 방수유출장치를 제공한다.
