The present invention, in one embodiment, includes amethod of assembling a filamentary fixation device includingobtaining a filamentary sleeve having a pathway therethrough,and a loading member and retriever member each positionedthrough at least a portion of the pathway, engaging a workingsuture with the retriever member, positioning at least aportion of the working suture in the pathway using theretriever member, and engaging the working suture with theloading member.
