The invention concerns an intramedullar osteosynthetic device of two bone parts,in particular of the hand and/or foot, characterized in that it consists of anelongated body (1) having, successively, from one of its ends, an anchoring zone(1a) co-operating with one of the bone parts to be immobilized, a median zone (1c)adapted to withstand shearing and flexural stresses, and an anchoring zone (1b)in the other part of the bone to be immobilized, each of said anchoring zones (1a)and (1b) is profiled and made from a material selected to enable the bone partsto be inserted without pulpal access, then to provide anchorage in said bone partswhile avoiding any rotational movement, by withstanding traction and maintaininga compressive stress.
