The present invention relates to a computer navigation method for an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, comprising the following steps of: (a) extracting a three-dimensional model of femur and tibia from CT photograph data； (b) assigning a position to attach ligament of the femur and tibia； (c) setting a path of a tunnel for fixing the ligament； (d) fixing a marker to the femur and tibia, and acquiring a landmark of a surface of patella by using a probe to which the marker is attached； and (e) matching an actual position of patella of a patient with a position of a patella model acquired from CT, and correcting matching error. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the computer navigation method for accurately matching the positions with a simple method during an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.본 발명은 무릎 전방십자인대 재건술을 위한 컴퓨터 내비게이션 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) CT 촬영 데이터로부터 대퇴골 및 경골의 3차원 모형이 추출되는 단계, (b) 대퇴골 및 경골의 인대 부착 위치가 지정되는 단계, (c) 인대를 고정하기 위한 터널의 경로가 설정되는 단계, (d) 대퇴골과 경골에 마커가 고정되고, 마커가 부착된 프로브를 이용하여 무릎뼈 표면의 랜드마크를 획득하는 단계, (e) 랜드마크를 이용하여 실제 환자 무릎뼈의 위치와 CT에서 얻은 무릎뼈 모형의 위치를 일치시키며, 정합 오차를 수정하는 단계를 포함한다.
