PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metered-dose syringe type spray device which can subdivide and take out contents.SOLUTION: A metered-dose syringe type spray device 10 includes a syringe 20 which has a finger-placing part 24 and a plunger 30 which can be pushed into the syringe 20. The plunger 30 has a piston holding member 40 which has a piston P, a sleeve member 50 which has the holding member 40 disposed slidably and is fixed to the syringe 20, and a plunger operating member 60 which has a pressing part pressing the holding member 40. In the holding member 40, a holding part body 41 holding the piston P is provided integrally with a pressure receiving part by the medium of a twisted spring part of which the shape can be changed and restored around an axis O, while the pressure receiving part is provided integrally with a projection 44 facing sideways.
