PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent undesired leakage of granules and granule-biting in delivery means.SOLUTION: A delivery mechanism 35 includes a shutter member 50 capable of sliding freely from a closed state for blocking a supply route 36 and an open state for forming a passing opening in the supply route 36, and a solenoid 41 that changes over the shutter member 50 between the closed state and the open state.
