The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a physiologically acceptable medium containing: (1) an aqueous phase comprising water, at least one polyol and at least one monoalcohol； said aqueous phase being present in a content by weight ranging from 69% to 84% relative to the total weight of the composition； (2) a pigment phase comprising at least one mineral pigment, in a content by weight ranging from 11% to 20% relative to the total weight of the composition, and an oily phase, adsorbed on said pigment phase, in a weight content ranging from 5% to 20% relative to the total weight of the composition. La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique comprenant un milieu physiologiquement acceptable contenant : (1) une phase aqueuse comprenant de l'eau, au moins un polyol et au moins un monoalcool ； ladite phase aqueuse étant présente en une teneur en poids allant de 69% à 84% par rapport au poids total de la composition ； (2) une phase pigmentaire comprenant au moins un pigment minéral, en une teneur en poids allant de 11% à 20% par rapport au poids total de la composition, et une phase huileuse, adsorbée sur ladite phase pigmentaire, en une teneur en poids allant de 5% à 20% par rapport au poids total de la composition.
