PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately irradiate a predetermined position on a fundus with a luminous flux even when there is the eyeball movement of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a light scanning optical system provided with a light source and one optical scanner, for irradiating the fundus with scanning light a fundus observation optical system for imaging the front image of the fundus by a two-dimensional imaging device a view angle information detection means which controls the drive of the optical scanner to cause the two-dimensional imaging device to image scanning light and which detects the view angle information of the scanning light per unit pixel a positional deviation detection means for detecting the positional deviation information of the fundus in a pixel unit on the basis of imaged images output from the two-dimensional imaging device and a scanning position correction means which corrects the scanning position of the scanning light on the fundus so as to correct the deviation of the scanning position, and which sets the driving amount of the optical scanner with respect to the positional deviation information detected in the pixel unit on the basis of the detection result of the view angle information detection means. By the scanning light, the fundus of the eye to be examined is photographed or treated.
