There is disclosed herein a stent delivery system (100) having three independent controls (106, 108, 110) for retracting an outer jacket (124) to deliver a stent (160) or similar prosthesis, wherein, when any of the three controls is actuated, it creates a proximal force on the jacket thereby retracting the jacket and releasing said stent or similar prosthesis at a distal end of the delivery system.
