Each of the first feeding hopper and the second feeding hopper is provided with a feeding cover, a vent valve of the feeding hopper, a discharging hole of the feeding hopper, and a vacuuming butterfly valve of the feeding hopper. Each of the discharging hole of the feeding hopper of the first feeding hopper and the second feeding hopper and the tube feeding hole are separately connected to a three-way pipe by using a butterfly valve of the feeding hopper. Each vacuuming butterfly valve of the feeding hopper of the first feeding hopper and the second feeding hopper are connected to a first vacuuming pump group. The discharging apparatus comprises a first discharging hopper and a second discharging hopper.
