PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate periods of exhalation and inhalation of a subject, based on an acquisition means for acquiring body movement information representing body movement accompanying the respiration of the subject, and based on the regularity of the body movement information acquired by the acquisition means.SOLUTION: An information management device 30a includes: a communication part 31 for acquiring body movement information representing the body movement accompanying the respiration of the subject and an exhalation/inhalation discrimination part 36 for discriminating the periods of exhalation and inhalation of the subject based on the regularity of the body movement information acquired by the communication part. The body movement information is information of an acceleration sensor in contact with the subject.
