PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle electrostimulator reducing a labor of mounting on the body, and enabling simultaneously training the rectus abdominis muscle and the abdominal oblique muscle.SOLUTION: A muscle electrostimulator includes a body part 20 having a mounting face 10b mounted along the periphery of the abdominal region. The mounting face 10b extends in an X direction around the abdominal region, and a Y direction orthogonal to the X direction. The body part 20 comprises a front face part 22 having a front face electrode part 32 for making electric current in the X direction flow to the rectus abdominis muscle, and a pair of extension parts 26 extending to both sides in the X direction from the front face part 22 and having lateral face electrode parts 36 for making electric current in the X direction flow to the abdominal oblique muscle.
