The present invention relates to a composition for treating anticancer drug resistance including aspirin and multi-kinase inhibitor and, more specifically, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating resistant cancer of platinum-based anticancer drug and a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing anti-cancer effect of platinum-based anticancer drug. A method of using and administering aspirin and multi-kinase inhibitor with low dose may be applied to overcome anticancer drug resistance without side effects for a patient with platinum-based anticancer drug resistance and to effectively treat resistant cancer of platinum-based anticancer drug by significantly improving cytotoxicity of platinum-based anticancer drug. The concentration of the aspirin is 1 μM to 10 mM.본 발명은 아스피린 및 다중 키나아제 억제제를 포함하는 항암제 내성 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 본 발명은 아스피린 및 다중 키나아제 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 플라티늄 계열 항암제 내성암 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 플라티늄 계열 항암제의 항암 효과 증진용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 아스피린 및 다중 키나아제 억제제의 저용량 병용투여 방법은 플라티늄 계열 항암제 내성이 생긴 환자에게 있어서 부작용 없이 플라티늄 계열 항암제 내성을 극복하고, 플라티늄 계열 항암제의 세포 독성을 현저히 증진시킴으로써 플라티늄 계열 항암제 내성암을 효과적으로 치료하는데 적용될 수 있다.
