PURPOSE: A method and a system for recording and reproducing surgical scenes are provided to show the overall operation room situation in surgical procedures of a hospital by using a camera with a wide-angle lens like a fisheye lens. CONSTITUTION: A camera(100) electrically and optically includes a fisheye lens(102) and an image sensor(104). A microphone(120) detects a voice generated in an operation room. An A/D converter(122) converts an analog voice signal to a digital voice signal. A blood pressure and pulse measuring device(130) detects the pressure and the pulse of a patient during the operation. A blood oxygen concentration measuring device(140) detects the blood oxygen concentration of the patient. A storage device(150) stores a wide angle image from the camera, a voice signal from the microphone, the data of the pressure and the pulse from the blood pressure and pulse measuring device and the data of the blood oxygen concentration from the blood oxygen concentration measuring unit. A reproducer(170) outputs an image, a voice and a patient condition signal.수술종료 후에 참고 목적 또는 교육 목적으로 수술실 정황을 파악할 수 있도록, 전반적인 수술실 정황을 기록할 수 있는 수술 영상 저장 방법과, 이를 구현하기에 적합한 시스템. 본 발명의 수술 영상 저장 및 재생 방법에 있어서는, 먼저 광각 렌즈를 구비하는 제1 카메라 장치에 의하여 수술실 내부의 광각 영상을 획득하고, 수술받는 환자의 활력 징후를 나타내는 적어도 하나의 환자상태신호를 획득한다. 그리고, 상기 광각 영상과 상기 환자상태신호를 시간적으로 동기화시켜 저장 장치에 저장하게 된다. 그리고 수술 종료 후에는 사용자의 조작명령에 응답하여 상기 광각 영상을 토대로 한 수술영상과 환자상태신호를 하나의 화면에 시간적으로 동기화시켜 표시하게 된다.
