A pharmaceutical tablet composition for statins includes a final mixture and API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) carriers, which dispersed as granules therein. The final mixture comprises a first excipient group comprising at least a long chain fatty acid. The ratio of API carrier and the final mixture is 1-30. The API carriers comprise two components, second excipient group comprising at least lactose and microcrystalline cellulose, wherein the second excipient group does not include starch. The present invention relates a pharmaceutical tablet composition enhancing statin stability without using acidification or alkalization agents.一種斯達汀類錠劑醫藥組合物包含一最終混合層(Final mixture)以及一以顆粒狀散佈於最終混合層的主成份載體。最終混合層其作為一介質層並由一第一賦型劑(First excipient group)所組成,其中第一賦型劑至少包含一長鏈脂肪酸。主成份載體與最終混合層之比例為1-30,其中主成份載體包含一斯達汀類藥物及一第二賦型劑(Second excipient group)。第二賦型劑至少包含一乳糖及一微晶纖維素,其中第二賦型劑不包含澱粉。本發明之斯達汀類錠劑醫藥組合物不需經由酸化或鹼化之方式,即能提高斯達汀類藥物安定性。
