PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird damage prevention device which prevents birds from nesting in an electric pole, so that no short circuit accident occurs which is caused by short circuit through a bird nest.SOLUTION: The bird damage prevention device 100 includes: an insulating wire material 13 and a pair of supporting rods 11, 12 which support the wire material 13 so that, on the upper side of a bracket 22 of an electric pole 21, the wire material 13 can be installed along the longitudinal direction of the bracket 22.
