The present invention relates to a catheter pullback system, and more specifically, to a catheter pullback system comprising: a catheter； and a pullback device for guiding transfer and rotation of the catheter, wherein the pullback device includes a connection member made of a material appropriate to be used in the pullback device rotating at high speed and maintaining electrical connection of the pullback device to the catheter through an electric signal line when the pullback device guides rotation of the catheter. The connection member includes: a fixed ring； a rotating ring to be rotated； and a plurality of ball bearings interposed between the fixed ring and the rotating ring. The fixed ring and the rotating ring are formed from a conductive polymer material.
