CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system of a cultivation house for the water curtain cultivation comprises the following: a refill water tank(10) buried under the ground for storing underground or subsurface water and stably supplying cooling and heating water into the cultivation house； a water storage tank(20) including a water level control valve(21), an inlet pipe(22), an over-drain pipe(23), and a water level control pump(24)； a heat exchange pipe(30) heat exchanging the cooling and heating water using earth heat or the underground water； a borehole(60) punched deeply under the ground for installing the heat exchanging pipe； a water feeding pump(40) supplying the cooling and heating water to the cultivation house； a water pipe(52) connected to the upper side of a water curtain(51)； and a flash heater(53) installed on the water pipe.본 발명은 수막재배에 사용하는 냉난방용수를 연속적으로 재순환 사용 할 수 있게 함으로서 지하수의 고갈을 예방하고, 냉난방용수의 열교환은 지하수 및 지중열을 이용하여 할 수 있게 한 수막재배용 시설하우스의 냉난방시스템에 관한 것이다.구성의 특징은 지하수 또는 지표수를 저장하여 냉난방용수의 안정적인 공급이 이루어질 수 있게 하는 보충수탱크(10)；와, 수위조절밸브(21) 및 시설하우스(50)를 돌아 나온 냉난방용수가 유입되는 유입관(22)과 오버드레인관(23)이 연결 장착되고, 저장된 물이 부족할 경우 상기 보충수탱크(10)로부터 보충수를 자동 공급시키도록 수위조절펌프(24)가 연결 구성된 저수탱크(20)；와, 상기 저수탱크(20)의 하부 내측으로 연결 구성되어 지하수 또는 지중열에 의해 냉난방용수를 열 교환시킬 수 있게 한 열교환관(30)；과, 지중에 깊게 지하수 시추공(60)을 천공하여 이 곳에 상기 열교환관(30)이 돌아 나오도록 설치한 구성；과, 상기 열교환관(30)을 통과한 냉난방용수를 시설하우스(50)로 공급하는 급수펌프(40)；와, 상기 급수펌프(40)와 연결 구성됨과 동시에 시설하우스(50)의 워터커튼(51) 상단에 연결 설치되고 일정한 간격으로 순간 가열히터(53)가 장착된 급수관(52)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 열교환관(30)을 시추공(60) 속에 투입시켜 열교환관을 통과하는 냉난방용수가 지하 깊은 곳의 암반 등을 흐르는 지하수 및 지중열의 작용에 의해 열교환 되기 때문에 (지하수를 퍼 올려 냉난방을 하는 것이 아니기에) 지하수의 낭비 및 고갈을 사전에 예방하는 효과가 있다.[색인어]지열난방장치, 지하수 재활용장치, 지열 및 순간가열히터를 이용한 냉난방장치, 지하수 절감형 냉난방장치.
