The disclosed ejector of a seeding machine for smoothly discharging seeds and fertilizer includes: a seed/fertilizer supply unit which supplies seeds and fertilizer； a seed/fertilizer discharge unit which is arranged in the lower side of the seed/fertilizer supply unit in a diagonal direction and discharges the seeds and the fertilizer to the ground； and a seed guiding pipe and a fertilizer guiding pipe which guide the seeds and the fertilizer by connecting the seed/fertilizer supply unit with the seed/fertilizer discharge unit in the diagonal direction. The seed guiding pipe comprises: a first seed pipe of a straight pipe shape which is connected with the seed/fertilizer supply unit in the upper side； and a second seed pipe of a straight pipe shape which has a larger diameter than the first seed pipe, has the lower side of the first seed pipe inserted into the upper side by a sliding, and is connected to a seed discharge block of the seed/fertilizer discharge unit in the lower side.
