A method of cultivating activated lymphocyte of the present invention includes: separating mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of a healthy adult； growing and culturing activated lymphocyte by combining mononuclear cells with the interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-15 (IL-15), and anti-CD3 antibody in vitro； freezing and storing the activated lymphocyte for a long period of time； and unfreezing and restoring the activated lymphocyte obtained in the freezing and storing step. Therefore, lymphocyte cultured and stored according to the present invention can be unfrozen and restored when an owner of the lymphocyte has a disease and thus can be used as a treating agent for diseases such as anticancer, antitumor, and antivirus agents.본 발명에 따른 활성화 림프구를 배양하는 방법은, 건강한 성인으로부터 말초혈액에서 단핵세포를 분리하는 단계와 상기 단핵세포를 시험관내 실험상에서 인터루킨2(IL-2), 인터루킨15(IL-15), 항 CD3 항체를 조합하여 활성화 림프구를 증식 배양시키는 단계와 상기 활성화 림프구를 장기간 동결보존하는 단계 및 상기 동결 보존 단계에서 얻은 활성화 림프구를 해동, 복원하는 단계를 포함하는 방법이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따라 증식 및 보존된 림프구는, 차후에 본인에게 질병 발생시 해동, 복원함으로써 항암, 항종양, 항바이러스 등의 질병에 대한 치료제로 사용할 수 있다.
