To provide a system for analyzing walking and proposing an exercise menu with a simple structure which is easy and inexpensive to measure and control the data, detecting the walking ability including indexes of symmetric property by measuring the walking performance which a test subject can perform ON a daily basis and proposing a suitable exercise menu.
SOLUTION: The system 100 for analyzing walking and proposing the exercise menu has a walking ability detecting means 1 measuring the walking performance of the test subject and obtaining the walking ability, a means 2 for discriminating the falling risk of the test subject from the obtained walking ability, a means 3 for proposing the exercise menu for prevention of falling and improving the exercise function according to the walking ability or the falling risk, and a means 4 for announcing the exercise menu and at least one of the walking ability and the falling risk and wherein the walking ability detecting means 1 is characterized by including a symmetry property detecting means 7 for obtaining the marker showing the ratio of walking ability of the left and right legs or the symmetry levels.
