The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing composition for tooth application, which comprises a hydrogenated rosin, ethanol or ethyl acetate as a solvent and a fluorine-containing compound and has continuous fluorine-releasing property, a method for preparing the same, and an antibacterial fluorine-containing composition including the composition and an antibacterial material. The fluorine-containing composition for tooth application has high physical properties and adhesive property by virtue of an optimized compounding condition and shows not only a high fluorine release amount continuously and significantly for a long time but also an effect of increasing tooth hardness. The composition further including an antibacterial material in addition to the above composition shows the most effective antibacterial property against S. mutans. Thus, the composition is useful for preparing an antibacterial fluorine-containing composition for tooth application and fluorine varnish for preventing dental caries.본 발명은 하이드로겐화 로진(hydrogenated rosin), 에탄올 또는 에틸 아세테이트인 용매, 및 불소 화합물로 이루어지는 지속적인 불소 방출성을 갖는 치아 도포용 불소 함유 조성물 및 그 제조방법 및 상기 조성물에 항균물질을 추가로 포함하는 항균성 불소 함유 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 치아 도포용 불소 함유 조성물은 최적의 배합조건에 의해 물성 및 부착성이 높아 도포 후 장기간 지속적으로 유의성 있게 높은 불소 방출량을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 치아 경도 증가를 효과까지 나타내며, 여기에 항균물질을 추가적으로 포함하므로서 S. mutans에 대한 가장 효과적인 항균성을 나타내므로 치아 우식증 예방을 위한 항균성 치아 도포용 불소 함유 조성물 및 불소 바니쉬 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
