PURPOSE: A stent for removal is provided to minimize damage of stricture parts which can be caused during removal of the stent by being gradually separated from the stricture part. CONSTITUTION: A stent for removal comprises a main body member(100), a tension member(200), and a cover unit(300). The main body member constitutes an outer peripheral surface by weaving a plurality of wires(110). The material of a wire is made of material for a shape memory alloy including nickel-titanium alloy. The main body member has a hollow cylindrical shape. In the tension member, one side is combined with one end of the main body member. The dissimilar side of the tension member is extended to the other side through hollow of the main body member. The tension member is combined in the wire which constitutes one end of the main body member.본 발명은 제거용 스텐트에 관한 것으로, 본체부의 일단에 결합되어 있는 당김부재에 의해 본체부의 일단이 본체부의 내측으로 점진적으로 말려 들어감에 따라, 체내에 설치된 스텐트가 용이하게 제거될 수 있는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 본체부의 일단이 당김부재에 의해 본체부의 내측으로 조금씩 말려들어감으로 인해 본체부가 협착부위로부터 점진적으로 분리될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 스텐트의 제거 과정 중 발생할 수 있는 협착부위 조직의 손상을 최소화하는 효과가 있다.그리고, 당김부재의 길이가 본체부의 일측에서 타단까지 길게 연장되어 있으므로 인해 카테터가 스텐트의 제거를 위해 본체부 내부로 진입하지 않고, 본체부 외부에서 당김부재를 잡아당겨 회수할 수 있다. 따라서, 카테터가 본체부 내부로 진입하는 과정 중에 협착부위를 압박하여 발생할 수 있는 조직의 손상을 방지하는 효과가 있다. 아울러, 외과적 수술 없이도 간단하게 스텐트를 제거할 수 있으므로, 제거 과정에 필요한 시간을 단축하며 금전적인 손실을 줄이는 효과가 있다.
