PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric sheet, soft and good in touch to the skin, having good impregnating tendency and liquid-holding tendency when impregnated with any of various fluid compositions, capable of efficiently releasing such a fluid composition by pressure or the like, and excellent in form stability with slight firmness decline or shrinkage due to impregnation with moisture, to provide a hydrous sheet including the nonwoven fabric sheet, good in touch to the skin and excellent in water-holding tendency, water (moisture) releasability and form stability, and to provide a cosmetic in touch to the skin, good in makeup ingredient releasability, excellent in form stability and easily and neatly applicable to the skin.
SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric sheet is such that solvent-spun cellulosic fibers and sheath/core-type conjugate fibers are mutually entangled. In this nonwoven fabric sheet, the sheath/core-type conjugate fiber is composed of a sheath part and a core part, wherein the sheath part includes an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and the core part is 5-15 &mum in diameter. This nonwoven fabric sheet is 80-95% in porosity.
