The present invention relates to a skin-whitening cosmetic product. More specifically, the present invention relates to a skin-whitening cosmetic composition containing a sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum) extract and a blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) extract. By containing both blue lotus and the sea daffodil extract exhibiting skin-whitening effects, the cosmetic composition whitens skin, and also alleviates skin irritation which is caused by sea daffodil in cosmetic products, thereby ensuring excellent formulation stability with little skin irritation.본 발명은 피부 미백용 화장료에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 바다수선화(씨대퍼딜, PancratiumMaritimum)과 블루로터스(Blue Lotus, Nymphaeacaerulea)을 함유하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 미백효과를 갖는 바다 수선화 추출물과 블루로터스를 동시에 함유함으로써 피부에 미백개선효과를 부여할 수 있으며, 바다수선화에 의해 화장품에서 유발될 수 있는 피부 자극을 완화시켜 주어 피부 자극이 거의 없으며 뛰어난 제형의 안전성을 나타낸다.
