PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for inducing an immune response against tumor cells.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing dendritic cells pulsed with tumor cells for use in immunotherapy. The method comprises the steps of: (a) inducing immunogenic cell death of tumor cells by treatment with high hydrostatic pressure； (b) differentiating the monocytes of a patient to be treated into immature dendritic cells； and (c) pulsing cells undergoing immunogenic cell death, obtained in step (a), to the immature dendritic cells obtained in step (b). The present invention further provides a method for subsequently maturing the dendritic cells pulsed with tumor cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None
