A solid composition suitable for use in the treatment of keratin fibers, the composition being a tablet and containing at least one water-insoluble superdisintegrant and at least one active substance selected from the group consisting of a colorizing agent, alkalizing substance, an oxidizing agent and a thickening agent, and said super disintegrant is characterized by a water absorption coefficient of at least 0.5.2. The solid composition according to claim 1, used in the preparation of a composition for processing keratin fibers. 3. A solid composition according to claim 2, characterized in that said composition for treating keratin fibers is a dyeing composition. The solid composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said superdisintegrant is characterized by a water absorption coefficient in the range of at least 0.5 to 2.5. The solid composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said super-disintegrant is characterized by a water absorption coefficient in the range of at least 0.6 to 0.9.6. A solid composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said superdisintegrant is a crosslinked polymer. A solid composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said superdisintegrant is selected from the group consisting of croscarmellose, crospovidone, crosslinked starch, crosslinked alginic acid, crosslinked polyacrylic acid and polysaccharide. A solid composition according to claim 7, characterized in that said superdisintegrant is selected from the group consisting of croscarmellose, crospovidone and crosslinked starch. A solid composition according to claim 1, characterized in that said at least one water-insoluble superdisintegrant is in a concentration of from 0.1 to 10% m1.
