Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur interstitiellen Koagulation von Geweben, mit mindestens einer Elektrode, über die ein HF-Koagulationsstrom in das Gewebe einleitbar ist. Die Vorrichtung ist dahin gehend weitergebildet, dass das Gewebe mit erhöhter Gleichmässigkeit behandelbar ist. Die Elektrode ist als dreidimensionaler, auf verschiedene Aufweitungszustände aufweitbarer Körper derart ausgebildet oder auf einem derartigen Körper derart angebracht, dass die Elektrode durch kontinuierliches oder schrittweises Aufweiten des Körpers mit dem Gewebe während des Koagulierens in ständigem elektrischen Kontakt haltbar ist.The invention relates to a device for the interstitial coagulation of tissues, which comprises at least one electrode via which a HF coagulation current can be passed into the tissue.
