PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant assembly, not requiring long time for separating an implantable instrument from a pusher wire.SOLUTION: An implant assembly 14 includes: a slender pusher member 18； an implantable instrument (a vascular occlusion instrument) 22 fitted to the distal end part of the pusher member 18； and a joint 20 provided on the pusher member 18 and electrolytic-separable. When the separable joint 20 is separated, the implantable instrument 22 separates from the pusher member 18. The implant assembly 14 further includes: a return electrode such as a coil supported by the distal end part of the pusher member 18. Although the return electrode is close to the separable joint 20, it is electrically insulated therefrom, and the implant assembly 14 further includes: a terminal which has electrically communicating relationship with the separable joint 20 and is supported by the proximal end part of the pusher member 18.【課題】プッシャワイヤからインプラント可能な器具を分離させるのに必要な時間が長くない、インプラント組立体を提供する。【解決手段】インプラント組立体14は、細長いプッシャ部材18と、プッシャ部材18の遠位端部に取付けられたインプラント可能器具（血管閉塞器具）22と、プッシャ部材18に設けられ且つ電解式に切離し可能なジョイント20を有する。切離し可能なジョイント20を切離すと、インプラント可能器具22がプッシャ部材18から分離する。インプラント組立体14は、更に、プッシャ部材18の遠位端部によって支持されたコイル等の戻り電極を有し、戻り電極は、切離し可能なジョイント20に近接しているが、それから電気的に絶縁され、更にインプラント組立体14が、切離し可能なジョイント20と電気的連通関係をなしてプッシャ部材18の近位端部によって支持された端子を有する構成とする。【選択図】図５
