PURPOSE: A discharging apparatus for rice hull ash burnt inside a grain drier is provided to prevent the backflow of the ash into a discharging fan when discharging the rice hull ash through a discharge passage. CONSTITUTION: A discharging apparatus for rice hull ash burnt inside a grain drier comprises the following: conveying screw collecting the rice hull ash from the grain drier through a transfer passage； a conical housing(30) installed on the end of the transfer passage for discharging the rice hull ash through a discharge passage(40)； a circular storage chamber(32) formed on a discharging port(31) for discharging the rice hull ash； a semicircular separation net including through-holes installed in the inside of the housing for separating foreign materials from the rice hull ash； and a rotation discharging device(60) installed on the storage chamber for preventing the backflow of the rice hull ash.본 발명은 곡물 건조장치에서 연소되는 왕겨의 재를 배출하는 배출장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 산지에서 수확한 담배, 고추 및 버섯 등의 농산물의 건조나 특히, 벼를 건조하기 위해 기름의 연소에 의한 연소열을 이용하지 않고 왕겨를 이용하여 연소시킬 때 발생하는 왕겨의 재가 건조장치의 내부 및 배출팬으로 역류되지 않고 원활하게 배출통로를 통해 외부로 배출되게 하기 위한 것이다. 그 구성은 왕겨를 연소시킨 연소열로 곡물을 건조시키는 건조장치(10) 내부의 연소실(110)에서 연소된 왕겨의 재를 모아 이송통로(20)를 통해 이송시키는 이송스크류(21)； 상기 이송통로(20)의 단부에 장착되고, 왕겨의 재를 배출시키기 위한 배출구(31)가 하부에 형성되며, 상기 배출구(31)에 원형의 수장실(32)이 형성된 원추형의 하우징(30)； 상기 하우징(30)의 내부에 설치되어 왕겨의 재에 혼합된 이물질을 분리하기 위한 통공(51)이 천공된 반원형의 이물질 분리망(50)； 상기 이물질 분리망(50)의 통공(51)을 통해 배출된 왕겨의 재를 모아 상기 수장실(32)의 하부에 설치된 배출통로(40)로 배출시키고, 상기 배출통로(40)로 배출된 왕겨의 재가 역류되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 수장실(32)에 설치된 회전배출기구(60)； 상기 회전배출기구(60)에 형성된 장홈(61)에 수장되어 회전시 배출되는 왕겨의 재를 배출통로(40)를 통해 외부로 배출하기 위해 배출통로(40)의 일측 단부에 설치되어 송풍을 발생하는 배출팬(70)； 및 상기 이물질 분리망(50)에서 분리된 이물질을 배출하기 위해 하우징(30)의 하부 일측에 형성된 이물질 배출구(80)를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
