A prosthesis delivery device (400) pre-loaded with a single guidewire (406) that allows the device to be tracked into place within a vessel and also facilitates cannulation of a branch vessel has a tri-fold attachment mechanism to couple the prosthesis (404) to the delivery device. The prosthesis is releasably coupled to a delivery catheter (412) by using two attachment wires (442, 444) to secure the proximal end of the prosthesis to the delivery device in a tri-fold configuration (446).
