PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device capable of uniformly and evenly irradiating light to a plant, and preventing adverse effect on a plant by heat from a power supply unit.SOLUTION: This plant cultivation device is such that the LED 19b of an LED lighting system 19 emits light so as to irradiate toward the upper surface of a partition plate 13 as shown by an arrow L, and light L reaching from the upper surface of the partition plate 13 penetrates the partition plate 13 and is scattered to various directions from the lower surface side to go out to a plant arrangement chamber 15. Since the inner surface 15a of the plant arrangement chamber 15, and the inner surfaces 9a and 11a of doors 9 and 11 are made of a material easily reflecting light, a lot of light is reflected to various directions, and as a result of this, the light L is uniformly irradiated to the whole of leaves of a plant P.
