PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Antrodia cinnameme active compositions which are effective as an adjuvant for anticancer drugs.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an Antrodia cinnameme active composition which is effective as an adjuvant for anticancer drugs, being characterized by consisting of 50% to 99% (W/W) of a water extract and ethanol extract of mycelium in which Antrodia cinnameme is subjected to solid culture, and 1% to 50% (W/W) of a water extract and ethanol extract of Antrodia cinnameme fruit bodies which are cultured in Cinnamomum kanehirae log. An Antrodia cinnameme active composition assists a chemotherapeutic agent, increases cancer cell growth inhibition of a chemotherapeutic agent, and reduces and alleviates side effects by chemotherapeutic drugs. Particularly, it is effective in reduced bone marrow granulocyte monocyte colony stimulating factor (CFU-GM) by chemotherapeutic drugs and in alleviation of reduced number of leukocytes, erythrocyte, lymphocytes, and neutrophilic leukocytes by chemotherapeutic drugs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】抗がん薬剤の補助剤の効果を果たす牛樟芝活性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】抗がん薬剤の補助剤の効果を果たす牛樟芝活性組成物に関し、その特徴は、５０％から９９％（Ｗ／Ｗ）の牛樟芝の固体培養された菌糸体の水抽出物及びエタノール抽出物と、１％から５０％（Ｗ／Ｗ）の牛樟原木において栽培された牛樟芝の子実体の水抽出物及びエタノール抽出物からなるものである。牛樟芝活性組成物は、化学療法薬を補助し、化学療法薬のがん細胞増殖抑制を増進し、化学療法薬による副作用を軽減かつ緩和する。特に、化学療法薬による骨髄の顆粒球単球コロニー刺激因子（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）の下降、及び化学療法薬による白血球、赤血球、リンパ球と好中性白血球の数の下降を緩和する効果を果たす。【選択図】 図１
