To improve the accuracy of interference check simulation for checking whether or not there is physical interference between a treatment device and a patient or other treatment devices before radiation therapy.
SOLUTION: The interference checking device for radiation therapy is provided with: a 3D patient model imaging part 5 for generating a 3D patient model 15 in which an optical image of the patient 24 taken by optical stereo cameras 23 and a CT image used for a treatment plan of radiation therapy are associated with each other and an interference check simulation part 2, which checks whether there is the physical interference or not and based ON the 3D patient model 15 and a 3D model of the treatment devices.
