The subject of the present invention is a method for monitoring the oxygenation of a graft, comprising: a) mixing an organ preservation solution with at least one oxygen transporter, preferably chosen from annelid extracellular haemoglobin, the globins thereof and the globin protomers thereof, in order to obtain a composition, in an impermeable container； b) immersing the graft in the composition obtained in a) in order to obtain a second composition； c) introducing an oxygen probe into the composition obtained in a), or into the second composition of step b)； and d) closing the impermeable container, wherein steps c) and d) are carried out simultaneously or in any order.La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de suivi de l'oxygénation d'un greffon, comprenant : a) le mélange d'une solution de préservation d'organe avec au moins un transporteur d'oxygène, de préférence choisie parmi l'hémoglobine extracellulaire d'Annélides, ses globines et ses protomères de globine, afin d'obtenir une composition, dans un récipient étanche； b) l'immersion du greffon dans la composition obtenue en a) pur obtenir une seconde composition； c) l'introduction d'une sonde à oxygène dans la composition obtenue en a), ou dans la seconde composition de l'étape b)； et d) la fermeture du récipient étanche, les étapes c) et d) étant effectuées simultanément ou dans un ordre indifférent.
