The present invention relates to an induced pluripotent stem cell (HD-iPSC) derived from a Huntington's disease patient. The HD-iPSC can be useful for screening a therapeutic agent for Huntington's disease through the change of the biomarker, and the HD-iPSC can be effectively used as an autologous cell therapy agent of Huntington's disease if the genetic defect is removed have.본 발명은 헌팅턴병 환자로부터 유래한 유도만능줄기세포(HD-iPSC)에 대한 것이다. 또한, 이를 특정조건하에서 처리할 경우 미분화단계 또는 신경세포로 분화시킬 경우 헌팅턴 바이오마커가 발현됨을 확인하였다. 이러한 바이오마커의 변화를 통하여 상기 HD-iPSC는 헌팅턴병의 치료제를 스크리닝 하는 방법에 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 또한, HD-iPSC는 유전적인 결함이 제거된다면 헌팅턴병의 자가유래 세포치료제로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
